Todd’s interests lie at the intersection of business, law and technology. His goal is to effectively combine these three disciplines to better the practice of law. This led Todd to create LAWFTY with co-founder, Michael Terry. 

Todd has an undergraduate business degree from Emory University and a law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia.

Right out of college, Giulia began working for Lawfty Law as an Operations Specialist and was later promoted to Operations Associate. Once having already worked at Lawfty Law for two years, Giulia went on to pursue a part-time graduate degree at the University of the Potomac. As she was obtaining her Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management, she became Lawfty Law’s Operations Manager. Shortly after achieving an MBA with a Magna Cum Laude distinction, she executed a Professional Certification in Strategic Innovation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
